MIND: This is the hardest one to put actual parameters on.
-Worship/Ambient music only
-Constant Reminders of my attitude
-No Television or Movies
-No Cussing, Lust, Anger...etc...or at least becoming aware of my various sins
BODY: This one is easiest to regulate, cause it is a modified diet Karrina and I found. The things on this list are fair game for us to consume.
-Fruits and vegetables and 100% fruit/vegetable juice no added stuff
-Brown Rice Products (actually lots of options)
-Extra virgin olive oil
-No alcohol the whole 4 weeks
SOUL: This is the most important part, influencing the others.
-Daily reading and meditation
-Consistent prayer
-trying to reflect the image of Christ, by allowing the holy spirit to live
through me.

Okay...so I saw week 1 but how did the whole 4 weeks turn out?
