So I was reading a very interesting post called "INFP" on Sean's blog, you can read it here. It was talking about the Myers Brigg test and its results. I decided to maybe post a comment, cause you know i like it when people do that on mine. But as i posted that comment i became kinda introspective. Maybe it was due to the BBC being canceled, but i wanted to think...so...here is an attempt at Personality Theory. Some may say that your personality is set, as to say you are who you are. But i think you are who you are going to be. I believe that personality is fluid, not set. I have seen personalities change for many different reasons. If some are unhappy with a certain personality trait say Greed, can they change it? Or are they stuck being a greedy person. Life changes people, we never know how we are going to RE-act to what life delivers. Can you deliberately change your personality? I dont know, I want to say yes, but I would venture to say that it is difficult. Our true personality keeps us where we are socially comfortable. If we push ourselves to change, that would make us uncomfortable in those specific social settings, right? So would constant change make us accept our new personality? would it become a part of us, or would it always be a mask we wear over our true identity. I still believe that Personalities can change...but changing them does take some drastic measures. That probably made no sense, but i hope it did.
Goodnight. Physical Agility ROUND 2 tomorrow.
